My Journey as a Teacher

I am an alumnus of Jamia University and a B.Tech graduate from University Of Calicut, Kerala, with teaching expertise in Science, Mathematics, and English.

My professional journey includes working with multinational companies, where I closely observed the critical role of communication skills, spoken English, and professional attitude in personal and career growth.

This exposure made me deeply aware of the gap between students from metro cities and those from small towns. With this realization, I chose to focus on teaching English and communication skills with confidence, clarity, and proper etiquette to students in Khagaria.

I started my career in 2007 with the UK-based company IBM Daksh, and later gained experience across the corporate sector.

In 2020, while exploring my village and reflecting on how I could contribute to the next generation, I decided to begin teaching. Since then, my goal has been to provide modern, skill-based, and communication-oriented education, enabling students to compete confidently in a rapidly changing world.

🧭 Why I Teach (मैं Teaching क्यों करता हूँ)

Teaching मेरे लिए केवल एक profession नहीं, बल्कि एक ज़िम्मेदारी है।

मैंने अलग-अलग MNCs में काम किया है और modern work culture को नज़दीक से देखा है। भारत लौटकर, विशेष रूप से बिहार और अपने गाँव में, मैंने शिक्षा का जो स्तर देखा, उसने मुझे भीतर से सोचने पर मजबूर किया।

इसी अनुभव के आधार पर मैंने यह निर्णय लिया कि मैं अपनी skills और exposure का उपयोग गाँव और कस्बों के बच्चों के लिए करूँ—ताकि वे भी modern metro cities के बच्चों की तरह smart learner बन सकें और English communication में fluent हों।

2020 के COVID lockdown के दौरान मैंने online video conferencing के माध्यम से teaching शुरू की, ताकि बच्चों की पढ़ाई रुक न जाए और वे समय के साथ जुड़ सकें।

🧭 Is Teaching Only About Finishing the Syllabus?

अपनी लाखों रुपये की मासिक सैलरी छोड़कर गाँव लौटकर बच्चों को पढ़ाना मेरे लिए न तो आर्थिक लाभ का माध्यम है और न ही केवल syllabus पूरा करने का काम।

मेरे लिए teaching एक revolution है—एक ऐसा माध्यम जिसके ज़रिए मैं गाँव के बच्चों में communication skills, confidence और competitive mindset विकसित कर सकूँ।

मेरा उद्देश्य यह है कि मेरे students, modern schooling system से पढ़ने वाले metro city के बच्चों से आत्मविश्वास के साथ compete कर सकें—बिना हीन भावना के।

🧭 Personality Development & Communication Skills

मेरी teaching का एक महत्वपूर्ण पहलू personality development है।

मैं बच्चों को केवल subjects नहीं पढ़ाता, बल्कि उन्हें manners, etiquette, confidence और effective communication सिखाने पर भी ध्यान देता हूँ।

मेरा प्रयास रहता है कि बच्चे किसी भी बड़े अधिकारी, नेता, अभिनेता, celebrity या influencer के सामने बिना hesitation के one-to-one communication कर सकें।

मैं चाहता हूँ कि वे अपने विचार स्पष्ट रूप से रखें और स्वयं को कमतर न समझें।

Real-life examples के माध्यम से concepts समझाना
English बोलने का नियमित अभ्यास
Questions पूछने के लिए students को encourage करना

🧭 What I Want My Students to Become
